Ive had this little bump above the lip on the right side for a while and I have no idea what it is .... Yesterday evening I started playing with him and is now a white .... What does this mean?

The first mistake people, including me, is pathetic. their hands are full of bacteria and can play what is getting worse. I know, I recently had a cold sore, how crazy that I know that's rubbed off on him and ended with an ugly rash on his chin itched.
